All goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. For further information you first need to work out what category of return yours falls under.
We understand that it is easy to order the wrong size sometimes. If this is the case then you may exchange your item for the same item in another size. There will be no additional shipping charge, however, we do ask that you pay any expenses involved in returning the product to us. If the product is not available in the correct size, then you will be given store credit to the value of the item you purchased.
REFUND (CHANGE OF MIND)
We are sorry, but we do not offer refunds if you change your mind concerning the suitability or need for a product. However, you are welcome to exchange the product for a different one, or for store credit. In this situation, we ask that you pay all shipping costs involved.
REFUND (FAULTY ITEM)
If returning a faulty item, we will first have to inspect the item to determine whether a manufacturing or other defect is present. If the product is faulty, does not work as advertised or does not match the product image or description on the website, then you may choose between a refund and exchange. We ask that you pay to return the item to us, but if fault is discovered, then we will gladly refund the cost of all shipping expenses involved.
RETURNING BULKY PRODUCTS
If the product that you purchased from us is too large to return by post, then we will provide instructions outlining your options. In the event that you wish to return a bulky item, then we may use a third party as courier, and unless the goods in question are faulty, or do not match the product description, may ask you to cover some or all of the costs involved.
Once you have determined which category your return belongs under, then send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the product you bought, the date of purchase, and the reason for return outlined, and we will let you know how to proceed from there.
When returning items, please include a copy of your receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns if the item in question is not accompanied by proof of purchase, or if the item was purchased through any outlet apart from the Molten Australia web store.
All returned products must be in resalable condition; unopened where possible, and unused. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once an item has been used unless it is proved to be faulty, or is covered by a guarantee or warranty.
In the event that an identical replacement product is not available for an exchange then you will receive store credit to the value of the returned product.
